Vision Guided Assembly from our customer - VISIONX Vision-assisted operator systems in augmented reality (AR) technology are an advanced example of human-machine interaction. In this system, the operator replaces automation, communicating almost exclusively with the camera, which is responsible for checking the quality of the final product. The system guides the operator through each step of the process, monitoring the correctness and completeness of each inspection stage.
Based on fixed points in space, the camera ensures that hands or other obstructions that could distort the product assessment are not in the frame. Checking and analyzing the surroundings and the correctness of the command execution constitute the first stage of the inspection. The interface in such an application is maximally simplified to display the camera image, live analysis data, and clear messages.

Application: High-speed I/O in the machine Vision Industry NP-61X5-H1BP series ultra compact PC equipped with a desktop high-performance processor and eich interfaces that meet the need of varios industries. 16 channels of HS isolated DI and 16 channels of HS isolated DO are extended by the PCIE and FPGA, customized formware of the FPGA makes it more flexible to meet variouis requirement. 2 channels of the encoder and 2 channels of the PWM output can be configured by the DI and DO. The encoder acquisition can support position comparision output. |
